Yes—our plazas offer retail/office pads and inline suites. Share your square footage needs and timing, and we’ll provide availability.
7 Can you build-to-suit or customize a tenant space?
We regularly deliver build-to-suit and tenant improvements. Scope, schedule, and budget are developed during preconstruction.
8 Do you sell commercial pads or only lease?
Both options may be available depending on the plaza and phase. Ask about “for sale” pads on specific projects.
