3 Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. All work is performed by licensed, bonded, and insured teams and trade partners.

4 How do I start a project with you?

5 Do you work with HOAs and local jurisdictions?

Yes. We coordinate permits, inspections, and HOA/municipal requirements as part of our process.

6 How can I see available homes or lots?

Visit LRC Realty for current listings in active subdivisions and quick-move-in homes.

7 Can I personalize a home?

Options vary by community and build stage. LRC Realty can confirm available plans, elevations, and finish packages.

8 Do you offer retail or office space for lease?

Yes—our plazas offer retail/office pads and inline suites. Share your square footage needs and timing, and we’ll provide availability.

9 Can you build-to-suit or customize a tenant space?

We regularly deliver build-to-suit and tenant improvements. Scope, schedule, and budget are developed during preconstruction.

10 Do you sell commercial pads or only lease?

Both options may be available depending on the plaza and phase. Ask about “for sale” pads on specific projects.

11 Do you partner with landowners or co-invest?

Yes—we evaluate joint ventures, land contributions, and phased partnerships aligned to project feasibility and risk.

12 How do you evaluate a new site?

We run site due diligence (zoning, utilities, traffic, soils), highest-and-best-use analysis, and a pro forma with schedule milestones.

13 Can you share track record and references?

We maintain a portfolio of completed and active subdivisions, plazas, and community projects with references available upon request.

14 What is your typical project process?

Discovery → Design & Planning → Permitting → Construction → Completion & Warranty. Clear milestones and updates at each stage.

15 How do you handle budgets and schedules?

We develop a detailed preconstruction budget and baseline schedule, then manage costs, lead times, and inspections with weekly reporting.
