Riedel Holdings was founded in 1996 with a clear purpose: build quality homes that working families in Southern Arizona can afford. What started as a small residential construction firm in San Luis has grown into a full-service development company with offices in both San Luis and Yuma.
Over 27 years later, we still operate with the same hands-on approach. We plan subdivisions, manage construction, and coordinate sales and leasing under one roof. That means fewer middlemen, faster decisions, and a single team accountable for results from dirt to doorstep.
Our portfolio spans single-family neighborhoods, commercial retail centers, and community infrastructure projects across Yuma County. We work with local trades, local suppliers, and municipal partners because we believe the people who build a community should be part of it.
